    Description: 
    A bronze sculpture of an eagle with outstretched wings perched on a rock. The sculpture is mounted on a tall, rectangular base inscribed with: the names of Solano County Vietnam Veterans killed in action; a Robert Burns poem; the Brotherhood of Vacaville Vietnam Veterans emblem of two clasped hands; and the emblems of the Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force, and Coast Guard service organizations.
