H. 9 in. x W. 30 ft. Inscription:  unsigned Description:  Three large Cor-Ten steel cylinders, each turned on its side, facing a central meeting point. The sculpture rests in the center of a circular recessed area. Failing & North Kerby Avenues, Portland, Oregon Remarks:  Title supplied by Inventory cataloger. The sculpture was commissioned by the Portland Development Commission for $1,900, and was funded by the Percent for Art Program. Water sprayers located throughout the recessed circular area surrounding the sculpture suggest that this piece may have once been a fountain. The red paint may be a later addition to cover graffiti.
