Description:
Approximately seventy sandblasted photographs of farm animals native to Nebraska appear on the sides of 13 L-shaped slate slabs. Included are cattle, hogs, chickens, and horses.

Remarks:
Funded by the State of Nebraska Percent for Art program. IAS files contain related newsclipping from Lincoln Star, Nov. 3, 1989. IAS files also contain a photocopy of a brochure which includes the artist's statement about the piece. Jerry White and Duane Schroeder of Cornhusker Tile and Marble Company were the stone masons who built the piece; Ted Kirk took the photographs and Jim Bratt was the photo-lithographer who did the transparencies; and the sandblasting of the images was done by the Solid Rock Company and Wood & Stone.
