    Remarks: 
    Architects Pond and Pond designed the Michigan League Building, which was dedicated in 1929. These figures may be two of three allegorical figures created by Nellie Walker for the University of Michigan Museums. IAS files contain unpublished excerpt from Einar Kvaran's "Annotated Inventory of Outdoor Sculpture in Washtenaw County," 1989.
