    Description:
An abstract sculpture consisting of two metal pieces, three polished granite slabs, a few small pieces of fieldstone, and connecting concrete walls and walkways. The most prominent feature is a welded steel totemic structure, painted black, consisting of several horizontal, blocky masses incorporated into a vertical pillar. Directly in front of this element is a three-piece section of large, polished granite slabs. The closest slab is rough-edged with a roughened section cut from the top and deep scoring across the top back. The rear of an adjacent slab is also deeply scored. Concrete steps lead to a bronze inverted cone shape. Several small fieldstone pieces are embedded in grooved concrete that runs between the steps and the bronze form. Water emitted from the inverted cone is channeled into a drain in the adjacent grass.
