    Description: 
    Bas-relief on the facade of the federal courthouse features figures of a man and a woman. They are seen standing, dressed in long, close-fitting clothing, their heads in profile, looking south. The woman stands in front, her long hair blowing behind her and her proper left arm extended in front of the man, across his chest. Her proper right arm is around an eagle. The eagle is seen in profile with its wings straight up over its head.

    Remarks: 
    Commissioned by the General Services Administration, Art-in-Architecture Program, for $6,800. The SOS! surveyor lists the media as concrete or limestone and the attached information from the GSA gives the media as marble.
    One of two relief sculptures Frazier designed for the courthouse. See companion piece: Unity (IAS record OK000117).
