Bronze bust of John F. Kennedy. His head is turned slightly to the proper left. He wears a suit jacket, shirt and tie. The bust sits atop a granite pedestal base.

Remarks:
The bust honors Kennedy's appearance at the dedication ceremony of Greer's Ferry Dam on Oct. 1, 1963. An article in Cleburne County Times, July 7, 1966, pg. 1, references the Kennedy Memorial at the Dam site, but the bust was not yet installed. The artist is believed to have been from Missouri. IAS files contain image and transcription of artist's monogram.
