Two cast bronze life-size otters. One otter is standing upright on its hind legs. The second otter stands on all four legs and has its head turned to look back to the proper right. A fish lies under its proper right forepaw. Each otter sits on a granite boulder.

The otter used to be located in a pond in the plaza. In 1994 they were removed from the pond and placed on the granite boulders.
