    Description: 
    An eagle with wings extended is perched on a short pile of rocks. The head and tail are white and the rest is gold. On the chest is a crest with the letters GHS. The base consists of three large angle irons that come up to a center point below the eagle from the edge of a slab foundation. A two-tiered, inscribed marker rests on top of the foundation.
