Frieze above entrance to building, contains three figures. The central figure is a seated female who wears classical-style robes. She holds a shield in her proper left hand. A woman and man sit on either side of her, each facing away from her. The woman rests her proper right arm on a wheel and wears draped clothing. The man is nude except for a hat. He holds a tool or lever in both hands. Angels holding torches appear in the background. On either far side are flaming chimneys.
