Dimensions:  Approx. H. 6 ft. x W. 3 ft. Description:  Full-length figure of the Virgin Mary in glory, standing on a cloud bank surrounded by cherubs. Figure is clothed in a flowing long-sleeved gown with cloak draped over proper left arm and shoulder; both hands are pressed over the heart and gaze is directed toward sky. She is placed on a niche approximately fifty feet above the front entrance of the church. Reilly, pastor of St. Mary's Church in Dover from 1911 to 1915, provided funds for the placement of sculptures (one of Mary, one of St. Peter, and one of St. Paul) on the church.
