On the grounds of St. Mary's Church there are three statues of the Virgin Mary, each of a different size and pose. The four foot sculpture depicts Mary standing on a square concrete base with her eyes downcast and her hands extended downward. In back of the church is a six foot sculpture that depicts Mary standing on a similar square concrete base with her foot crushing a serpent. In her hands she holds an orb up to her chest. In front of the church is a five foot sculpture that depicts Mary with her arms raised and her eyes looking toward heaven. The sculpture is installed on a stone base under a stone archway that reads "Ave Maria" across the top and "St. Mary of the Assumption" across the back.
