(On scroll, at top crucifix, incised:) INRI (On base, incised:) R. P. 1904 unsigned

A bearded figure of Christ on a cross, wearing a wrapped cloth around his midsection. He is crowned with thorns and his hands and feet are nailed to the cross. A scroll with the inscription INRI is attached, as if nailed, to the upper portion of the cross. The crucifix is placed atop a multitiered granite base, the lower section of which is studded fieldstone.
