St. Ann stands and looks down at a young girl to her proper left. St. Ann is wearing a hooded head covering topped by flowers and a long, flowing robe and cape. She holds flowers in her proper left hand and a book in her proper right hand that she is showing to the girl. The girl has her hands together in prayer. The sculpture is set atop a short rectangular base with beveled edges.
