    "The sculpture is made up of three elements. Each element contains a large round video screen held about ten fee off the ground on a monopole. Each element is placed within a specifically designed and landscaped area with pathways, plantings and a fountain. Each video screen displays images of peopl that appear to be floying across the screen. The back of each video screen is a perforated metal screen."
