    Description: 
    An allegorical female figure holds a sword in her proper right hand and a laurel wreath in her raised proper left hand. The barefoot female figure is dressed in long robes with wings attached to her back. The sculpture is mounted on tall square base.

    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was installed in tribute to those from Solano County who died in World War I. The figure's sword has been stolen twice, but was later reattached, and the laurel wreath was stolen and later recast. The sculpture was restored in the early 1990s by Craig Brian Braker of Braker Funeral Services of Fairfield, California. IAS files contain a list of names in the inscription on the back of the concrete base.
