    Description: 
    Twenty-one stone blocks form an arch decoration around the entryway, with a relief depicting the face of Moses in the top center block. Moses has a moustache and beard, and wears a crown.

    The building was built by the firm of O. Meyer and Thori, with the date "1895" inscribed on the top of the building. Building may once have been known as the Foss Mercantile store.
