    Description: 
    Reliefs on two main entry doors of Scottish Rite Temple. One side depicts George Washington in Masonic garb centered with U.S. shield above. Below him, another panel depicts the signing of the Declaration of Independence. On the other door is Sam Houston in Masonic garb with the Texas shield above him. Below him, a smaller panel depicting the signing of the Texas Declaration of Independence. Additional smaller panels depict important men throughout history, including Socrates, Aristotle, Plato, Christ, Confucius, Dante, Plutarch, Moses, Solomon, and St. John.
