Mary, Mary Magdalen and John the Apostole are gathered around Jesus crucified on the cross. Mary stands on the proper right, her hands clasped in front of her, wearing robes and a veil. Mary Magdalen kneels in front of the cross, her hands clasped in prayer. John stands on the proper left with his hands clasped. All of the figures are painted white. The sculpture is mounted on a tiered base.
