    Large-scale equestrian statue of U.S. Marshal Bass Reeves, a legendary African American lawman. Reeves is astride a horse looking across the Arkansas River into the Indian Territory (modern Oklahoma), a lever-action rifle propped against his proper right thigh and a large dog trotting along with him on his proper right.
