2 pieces. Overall: approx. W. 33 ft.; Each sculpture: approx. H. 24 ft x D. 4 ft. (14 tons).

An arch consisting of two columns with curved tops, which almost touch, creating an arch effect. The tops of the columns are abstract geometric, cast bronze palm tree leaves. The bottom two-thirds of each column is granite. The lower part of each column ends in a barrel-like shape. The columns are mounted on rectangular bases and are located on either side of the brick-lined walkway that runs along the New River, so that people can walk underneath it.

The $95,000 sculpture was commissioned by the Cultural Affairs Office of Broward County. The sculpture was originally planned for a site on Southwest Second Street, but the site was later deemed unsuitable, and the Riverwalk Park site was eventually selected.
