Inscription:  (Concrete plaque mounted on front of sculpture:) Ragtown Crossing/dedicated/to those pioneers whose/determination brought them/across the forty mile desert/to this spot and sweet water unsigned Description:  Stone rubble and concrete made to look like the front of a wagon. Two wagon wheels are on the side of the stone central section and a wagon tongue projects out the front. The stone section also mounts an inscribed plaque and a bronze bas-relief depiction of a wagon and hand cart train on the desert.
