    Rectangular bas-relief set in facade of building and centered above keystone of arched central entrance. Figures in Classical dress include a standing female (center), arms outspread and facing proper left; two crouching semi-nude males, flanking her; a pair of standing figures at either end of the panel, all facing in towards the central female.
