    Description: 
    Full-length figure of male Indian kneeling on his proper right knee on a bank of clouds. His proper left elbow rests on his proper left knee and he holds clouds from which water pours with both hands. His long hair is pulled back and adorned with feathers and he wears a loin cloth. Sculpture is situated over a basin which catches water from clouds for recirculation.

    Remarks: 
    Sculpture is a tribute to the Choctaw heritage of the area. Sculpture was funded by a grant from the Mississippi Arts Commission which was matched locally by Dr. and Mrs. B. G. Molpus. IAS files contain copy of related article from Neshoba County Democrat (Philadelphia, MS), April 1, 1977.
