MARVIN STANDEFER signed Description:  A bust of Quanah Parker, a Comanche Chief. Quanah Parker wears a large headress with feathers and an elaborate necklace or breastplate. Remarks:  This bust was installed in 1966 on the highway to Palo Duro Canyon, but was moved in 1970 to its present site.
