An ailing, elderly woman reclines with her back propped by a pillow. Seated to her proper right and facing her is a nun wearing a habit, a crucifix, and a robe. The nun holds the elderly woman's proper right hand in her own proper left hand and she holds the woman's proper left wrist with her proper right hand.
