Mary stands dressed in a flowing robe with a emblematic shield upon her chest and a pointed crown upon her head. She extends her arms outward and stands upon a large circular shield that contains a Polish eagle on a model of the chapel. The shield also contains a miniature figure of Mary on the chapel.
