    Remarks: 
    Originally commissioned by the Urban Renewal Agency for the old Union Station; but the Urban Renewal Agency was dismantled, before the sculpture was completed. The Downtown Lions Club secured current location for sculpture and provided funds for its base. IAS files contain copy of article from The Wichita Eagle and Beacon, Feb. 14, 1982.
