COOK/MEMORIAL FUND 1981/IN MEMORY OF/JUDY KRAFT JOHNSON (Plaques on base on either side of the central figure list the names of Washington County soldiers and sailors who served in the Civil War) unsigned Founder's mark appears.
    Description: 
    Walking figure of a Civil War soldier in full Union Army uniform. He carries a bayonet in his proper right hand. The figure stands on a central base which is flanked on either side by bases with plaques which list names of Washington County soldiers and sailors.
