A standing, robed female figure. In her proper left hand she holds a set of scales. In her proper right hand she holds a sword, pointed downward with the tip on the sculpture's base. The figure is blindfolded.

Remarks:
Statue is placed atop the cupola of the Old State House. The figure is a modern reproduction of the original wooden sculpture (ca. 1827) which is now housed inside the building.
