    Description: 
    A large stone boulder with a rectangular bronze relief plaque featuring a Revolutionary War soldier and a female figure standing beside the names of Attleboro's Revolutionary War soldiers. The female figure wears a laurel wreath and carries a feather in her proper right hand. An eagle with its wings spread appears at the top left side of the plaque.

    Remarks: 
    This monument is one of two Revolutionary War monuments erected in Attleboro by the Daughters of the American Revolution. The other monument is located in Capron Park (IAS record MA000287). IAS files contain a copy of the Massachusetts Historical Commission Form C - Monuments questionnaire dated June 30, 1985.
