    Description: 
    A winged angel representing Victory is robed in a gown, holding a laurel wreath in her proper left outstretched hand. She supports a fallen youth against her body with her proper right hand. The youth is dressed in an open-necked shirt with rolled sleeves, and pants which are tucked into military leggings which are buttoned on the side. In his proper right hand he holds a furled flag, and his proper left hand is held over his heart. The angel and the youth are atop a stylized rock. The sculpture marks the graves of Joseph A. Parker, 1841-1910, and Mary V. Parker, 1846-1927.
