    Remarks: 
    Commissioned under the Anchorage One Percent for Art in Public Places program for $20,580 and acquired by the Municipality of Anchorage Aug. 24, 1984. No power tools were used to construct the bridge, and no nails, except for six iron bolts required by state safety standards. Chain link fences prevent motor vehicle access. IAS files include an Art in Public Places catalog form and a related article from the Anchorage Daily News, June 17, 1984.
