Description:
A fountain sculpture depicting a little boy holding onto the back fin of a dolphin as the dolphin leaps out of the water. The boy's legs fly out behind him and his proper right arm is extended for balance.

Remarks:
IAS files contain a copy of the City of Worcester Parks and Recreation Department / Massachusetts Historical Commission Form C "Monuments" questionnaire dated June 3, 1986; the Supplement for Form C "Monuments" questionnaire which includes a condition assessment; and a Sept. 1986 Dennis and Craine Associates condition assessment. The inscription on a nearby plaque reads: Boy with A Dolphin/David Wynne/1974.
