    Owner:

    Remarks:
Sculpture was created for Michel Roux, President and CEO of Carillon Importers (Teaneck, New Jersey) and photographs of it were used for a public relations promotion by the company. Students from University of Kansas Art and Design programs assisted with design implementation. A double crop was planted for the sculpture, the first of which was wheat, harvested in June; the second crop was of clover, sorghum and milo, provided fall coloring. IAS files contain article from the Topeka Capitol-Journal, May 24, 1991 and photograph taken in 1990. For additional reading see Stan Herd's "Crop Art and Other Earthworks," New York: H.N. Abrams, 1994.
