Description:
A central vertical support column with two L-shaped pieces attached. The L-shaped pieces are eight-inch-thick arms that are attached to two sections of supporting column and pivot on steel bearings. The arms are precisely balanced by counterweights. The central column is scored to gleam in the light. The piece is bolted to a concrete plinth base.
