    Remarks: 
    The artist is a Hungarian immigrant, and during the bicentennial in 1976 he wanted to pay tribute to Native Americans in this way and to thank this country for taking him in. The artist is reputed to have begun this venture in Virginia Beach and then traveled to other cities all over the nation for the same purpose.
