Description:  Three male figures symbolizing the technological evolution of flour milling. The central figure represents the modern miller tending a mechanized roller mill. The figure to the west depicts a primitive miller with quern. The figure on the east holds mortar and pestle with proper left arm. Both side figures are seated; the central figure is seen standing.
