    Description: 
    Granite exedra and bench with 24-foot high center column, topped with granite ball and bronze eagle. At the bottom center is a bronze bas-relief depicting a soldier, a woman, and a flag. Friezes along the north and south wings, depict soldiers riding horses and pulling cannon.
