    Description: 
    The installation consists of a blue-painted wrought iron fence that represents waves gathering force as they head toward granite breakwaters on either side of the entrance to the housing complex. Resting atop each granite breakwater is a steel sculpture that represents the frothy mass of water after the wave hits the breakwater.
