Inscription:  (Signed and dated 1991 on back of one totem) signed Description:  Four totem-like structures which represent a family. The four figures, in descending sizes, represent a father, mother, child, and dog. Each is a square, vertical beam with an abstract profile cut into it. Although most of the wood is left natural in color with a varnish coating, some areas are painted flat black, brown, and turquoise. The four figures are arranged on a rectangular concrete base.
