    Description: 
    Two huge anchors and a brass bell from the U.S.S. Wilkes-Barre are installed atop a low concrete base adorned with a large concrete shaft containing a lighting fixture. The anchors are crossed and rest against the concrete shaft. The bell is installed in front of the anchors.
