Inscription:  (In bronze on front of base:) TO THE PATRIOTS/OF/WINDSOR Description:  Surmounting a base of mortared rocks, a standing eagle with its wings outstretched and his head turned to the proper left. The base has a bronze plaque and a laurel of oak leaves sculpted in bronze.
