    Description: 
    A full-length female figure of Clio surmounts a tall stone column. The column rises from a square pedestal. On the south side of the pedestal is a bas-relief eagle with spread wings. On the north side of the pedestal is a white plaque featuring a Doughboy. On the west side of the pedestal are bas-relief decorative embellishments.
