    Description: 
    Standing soldier in Civil War uniform atop a tall ornate four-sided base. Both hands (proper left above proper right) clasp the barrel of his gun, its butt resting on the ground before his feet. Proper left foot is placed forward, the knee slightly bent. Uniform includes hat, cape, knee-length coat, and bayonet (or bayonet holder) at proper left hip.
