An eagle landing with wings and talons outstretched. The eagle lands on a grouping of six cylinders of unequal height. The top cylinders are encircled in stars and stripes. The sculpture stands on a metal sheet which is bolted to a brick base. Spotlights are set in open-ended tubes on the base.
