The older man, dressed in trousers, a shirt with collar, a sweater and cap, sits with his proper right leg dangling from the dock. He holds a fishing rod with his proper right hand. An open fishing box is placed on the dock to his proper right and a bucket containing two fish is on the dock between the man and the boy. The boy, dressed in a long-sleeved shirt, trousers, and a baseball cap, sits with his legs crossed on the side of the dock. A paper bag rests on the dock next to the boy's proper right side.
