Description:
Abstract sculpture composed of textured geometric concrete solids and intersecting concrete troughs which direct flowing water into surrounding fountain basin. Basin demarcated by low retaining walls which also provide seating. Sculpture stands at center of basin, raised above water level by a low concrete base. Basin lined with ceramic tile.

Remarks:
Sculpture was commissioned as part of the award-winning design in an AIA-sponsored open competition for the Jacksonville Police Administration Building in 1971. Architect's plan and elevation for the sculpture are dated October 1973 and September 1975. Designed by Morgan, the sculpture was cast in place by Orr Construction Company.
