    Remarks: 
    On May 5, 1926, an agreement was entered into between the Crescent Avenue Presbyterian Church and the City of Plainfield to erect, at the church's expense, a war memorial (flagstaff on a stone and metal base) on the ground in front of the church. The church maintains the property.
