Sculpture was started in May 1987 and continues as an ongoing project. Sculpture includes pairs of boots from South Dakota, North Dakota, Kansas and Oklahoma. Cowboy boots line fenceposts with toes pointing toward the land of Neils Anderson. IAS files contain related articles from Perry Daily Journal (Perry, OK), Oct. 1987 and from The Sunday Oklahoman, July 10, 1988.
